1. Who we are
Lady Luck TCG is a trading name of ATNAR COMPANY LTD, company number 16669659, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Customer contact: support@ladylucktcg.co.uk. These terms apply to consumer purchases through ladylucktcg.co.uk. They do not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Using the website
You must use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering. You must not interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or use automation to circumvent purchase protections. We may take proportionate action against abuse, subject to applicable law.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Images may be illustrative; the written listing identifies the item sold. Colours can vary between screens. Sealed products and randomised booster contents do not guarantee any particular card or value. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners; no endorsement is implied.
4. Availability and purchase limits
Products are subject to genuine availability. Selected items have per-product household limits, disclosed on the product/checkout journey. We may reject orders that breach fairly applied limits or reasonable anti-fraud checks, without removing statutory consumer rights. No pre-orders or advance deposits are currently accepted.
5. Prices and tax
The price payable is shown at checkout before ordering, together with applicable delivery charges. ATNAR COMPANY LTD is currently not VAT registered; do not assume a VAT invoice will be issued. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before accepting an affected order and will not charge an undisclosed corrected amount.
6. Ordering and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order, not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, such as by sending a dispatch confirmation or another clear acceptance communication. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain and arrange any refund due. We will not treat an unpaid or failed payment as a completed purchase.
7. Payment
Only payment methods actually displayed at checkout are available. Payments are handled through supported payment providers; we do not ask customers to email card information. We may perform reasonable payment and fraud checks.
8. Delivery
Available services, costs and destinations are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch in accordance with any stated arrangements and consumer law. Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. Responsibility for goods generally passes when the customer or nominated recipient physically receives them, subject to legal exceptions. See Shipping Information.
9. Cancellation and returns
Most online consumer purchases have a 14-day cancellation right, subject to lawful exceptions. Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to cancel, return goods and obtain refunds. Opening trading-card packaging does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights. The statutory rules govern return costs, diminished value and refund timing.
10. Faulty goods
Products must meet applicable statutory standards, including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with description. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including applicable rejection, repair, replacement or refund remedies.
11. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and providing accurate account details. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent activity where lawful and proportionate. Guest checkout remains available for ordinary products, while selected limited products may require an account.
12. Reviews and user content
If reviews are enabled, content must be lawful, relevant and not misleading. Do not publish personal data about others. We may moderate spam, abusive material or unlawful content. We do not claim unverified reviews are verified purchases.
13. Intellectual property
The site’s original branding, text and design are protected by applicable rights. Pokémon, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh! marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping but not copy site content commercially without permission.
14. Website availability
We aim to maintain the site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may make necessary security, maintenance or service changes. This does not remove obligations arising from an accepted order.
15. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not restrict your statutory consumer rights. Any other limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
16. Personal data and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used, and our Cookie Policy describes relevant cookies and similar technologies. Marketing emails require a separate valid opt-in.
17. Complaints
Contact support@ladylucktcg.co.uk with your order number and details. We will review the concern and explain available next steps. Nothing prevents you from pursuing statutory remedies or contacting appropriate regulators.
18. Changes to these terms
The terms applicable to an order are those provided when the contract was made, unless a lawful later agreement applies. We may update website terms prospectively and identify the current version on the page.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers resident elsewhere in the UK of mandatory protections available under applicable law. Consumers may bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.
