Cookie Policy
Effective date: 31 October 2026
1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Lady Luck TCG uses cookies and similar technologies at ladylucktcg.co.uk, what they do, how long they last and the choices available to you. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal information.
Lady Luck TCG is a trading name of ATNAR COMPANY LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16669659. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. For cookie or privacy questions, email support@ladylucktcg.co.uk.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website asks your browser to store. They can help remember your basket, keep you signed in or save a choice you make. Other browser storage can serve similar purposes.
Cookies may be set through our website or involve a provider used for a particular service, such as payments. The way information is stored does not change the need to explain its purpose and provide any choices required by law.
Some cookies generally last only until your browsing session ends, although browsers can sometimes restore them. Others may remain between visits until they expire or you remove them. Their lifespan depends on the purpose and the service you use.
3. How we use essential cookies
Our website uses cookies to maintain your basket and shopping session. When you sign in, cookies also help us recognise your account, remember selected preferences and provide secure access. The cookies you encounter depend on the features you choose to use.
Essential cookies help us remember items in your basket, maintain a shopping or account session you request, and protect secure access to the service. Some security checks work on our systems without placing a cookie on your device.
Cookies can also help us show the right version of a page, for example when a signed-in visitor needs different information from someone who is browsing without an account. This supports an efficient and appropriate experience without using advertising tracking.
The cookies you encounter depend on how you use the website. Shopping, signing in and choosing to save form details can involve different cookies. We do not use the same cookies on every visit.
4. Essential and optional cookies
Strictly necessary cookies provide a service you request, such as maintaining your basket or a secure login. They do not require the same consent choice as optional advertising or tracking cookies. Blocking them may prevent the requested feature from working.
Optional cookies may be used for purposes such as analytics, marketing or remembering non-essential preferences. A cookie is not essential merely because it is useful to us. Where consent is legally required, the relevant technology will not be activated before that consent is obtained. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent.
We do not currently provide a cookie banner or cookie preference centre. The optional marketing and analytics tracking described in section 7 is switched off. If we introduce optional technologies requiring consent, we will provide an appropriate way to choose before enabling them, including a way to refuse them and withdraw consent. Browser controls alone are not a substitute for a legally required site consent mechanism.
5. How We Use Cookies
Lady Luck TCG uses cookies and similar technologies to help our website work properly, keep your shopping experience secure and remember essential information while you browse.
Essential Shopping Cookies
These allow you to add products to your basket, keep track of your selected items and move securely through checkout. Without them, some shopping features may not function correctly.
Account and Security Cookies
If you sign in to your account, cookies help keep you logged in, protect your account and support secure access to our services.
Website Performance Cookies
Certain essential technologies help our website load efficiently and display the correct information during your visit.
Preferences
Where available, cookies may remember choices you make, such as login preferences or information you have chosen to save when using a form.
Analytics and Marketing Cookies
We do not currently use optional advertising or marketing tracking cookies on the public website. If we introduce these technologies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
Managing Your Cookies
Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies through their settings. Please be aware that disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use the basket, checkout or account features.
For more information about how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions, contact support@ladylucktcg.co.uk.
6. Stripe and payment technologies
Stripe is our chosen payment provider. Our connection is currently in test mode, so live payments are not enabled. Payment testing may still involve a browser communicating with Stripe; test mode does not mean that no information can be processed.
If a Stripe payment form is loaded, Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies to support payment, secure authentication or fraud prevention. Their use depends on the payment features actually presented and the options you choose. These are separate from the cookies used to remember your basket or account.
If live payments are introduced, we will explain any payment-related cookies and provide any consent choices required by law. For more information about how Stripe handles information, see Stripe’s Privacy Center and our Privacy Policy.
7. Marketing, analytics and Hostinger Reach
We do not currently use optional advertising, marketing or analytics tracking on the public website. Hostinger Reach is not in use for subscriber sharing or marketing. Optional tracking that records how a shopper arrived at the store is also switched off.
Choosing to subscribe to news from Lady Luck TCG is separate from cookie consent. Newsletter emails are not currently being sent, and subscriber information is not being passed to an external marketing platform. Agreeing to email updates is not permission for unrelated advertising cookies.
We will not activate non-essential tracking that requires consent without the appropriate consent mechanism. If our use of these technologies changes, we will explain the purposes, providers and durations and update the available choices before activation.
8. Managing your cookie choices
You can manage cookies using your browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent basket, account or checkout features from functioning. Where optional cookies are enabled, we will provide the consent controls required by applicable law.
Your browser will generally let you inspect stored cookies, delete them, block particular websites or providers, or change its privacy settings. The exact options depend on your browser and device; consult its Help or Privacy settings. You may need to repeat your choices on each browser or device. Deleting cookies may sign you out or remove a saved basket or preference, and a necessary cookie may be set again when you next request the corresponding service.
At present, you can make browser-based choices as described above. If a form gives you a choice to save your details, leave it unselected if you do not want those details remembered.
9. Personal information and your rights
Some cookie identifiers and related technical information may be personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes and lawful bases for processing, who information may be shared with, retention, international transfers and your rights.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, object to certain processing, or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
For help or to exercise a privacy right, email support@ladylucktcg.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator.
10. Updates and contact
We will update this policy when we change how we use cookies, our service providers or the choices available to you. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Updating this policy is not, by itself, a way of obtaining consent to optional technologies.
