Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Changing your mind

For most goods bought online as a consumer, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive them. For separately delivered goods, the relevant period may run from receipt of the last item. Statutory exceptions apply only where genuinely applicable.

How to cancel

Email support@ladylucktcg.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation, or use another legally valid clear statement. We will give return instructions.

Returning items

Where cancellation rights apply, you normally must send goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Please package securely. We will provide the appropriate returns address; do not send goods to the registered office unless expressly instructed.

Return costs

For change-of-mind cancellations, you may be responsible for direct return postage where properly disclosed and permitted by law. For faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods, we meet the reasonable return-cost obligations imposed by law.

Opened trading cards

Opening ordinary trading-card packaging does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights. A lawful deduction for diminished value may apply to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of goods; it is assessed individually, not under a blanket no-returns rule.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, qualifying faulty goods may carry a 30-day short-term right to reject, and other rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or final rejection depending on the circumstances. These rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation.

Incorrect, missing or damaged items

Contact us with your order number and details. Photos may help, but are not mandatory to exercise statutory rights. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Refund timing

For statutory cancellations, refunds are made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. Where goods must be returned, we may withhold a refund until receiving them or evidence they were sent back, whichever is earlier, where permitted by law.

Refund method and delivery

Refunds normally use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. For cancellation of an entire qualifying order, the standard delivery charge is generally refundable; extra cost for an upgraded delivery option may be excluded where the law permits. Partial-return delivery refunds depend on the circumstances.
